01Your agreement with LoveGrowth
LoveGrowth.io is provided by Joao Andre Silva Caldeira, operating as Atlantic Game Development, Madeira, Portugal. You can contact us at admin@eclesiar.com. These terms apply to your use of the website and service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials private. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
02What the service does
LoveGrowth reads public website information and your instructions to build context, plan keywords, generate illustrated articles, and publish through connections you configure. It also provides website audits and optional performance reports. Available features depend on your account, plan, connection permissions, and provider availability.
You control the website, branding, instructions, publishing destination, and schedule. Connecting a destination and enabling its publishing workflow authorizes LoveGrowth to send content to that destination. Review your settings before enabling automation. Disabling future automation does not remove articles already published to another service.
03Trial and current availability
The free trial lasts three days. Where email verification is required, it begins when you verify your email. No payment card is required. The trial covers automatic English articles with a LoveGrowth.io attribution footer. It does not include backlink exchange, extra article languages, or manual tools reserved for paid accounts.
Paid checkout is currently unavailable. A trial does not automatically create a paid subscription or charge your card. When the trial expires, features that require an active entitlement stop until an appropriate plan is available and activated. If paid checkout opens, prices, billing period, taxes, renewal and cancellation information, and applicable FastSpring purchase terms will be displayed before you decide to buy.
Backlink exchange is initially closed while the network is built. The 100 welcome credits are internal service credits, not money, a deposit, or a promise of available backlinks. When the exchange is available, placement eligibility and credit transfers depend on published articles and links being verified as visible. Do not rely on credits as having cash value.
04Your content and AI output
You retain your rights in the materials you provide. You give us the permission needed to store, process, generate from, and publish those materials as part of the service you request, including through the service providers and destinations described in our privacy policy.
As between you and LoveGrowth, you may use the generated output supplied to your workspace, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. We do not promise exclusive ownership of an idea, phrase, image, or factual statement generated by AI.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your source material, website, products, trademarks, integrations, and published output. Check facts, sources, claims, images, and any industry-specific requirements before publication. AI can produce inaccurate or unsuitable material even when instructions are followed.
05Use the service responsibly
Use only websites and accounts you are authorized to manage. Do not use LoveGrowth to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content; expose private information without a lawful basis; send spam; distribute malicious code; or evade platform restrictions. Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, bypass account limits, misuse credentials, or disrupt the service.
You are responsible for your connected services and their terms. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data or confidential material that you are not authorized to share with the providers needed to fulfil your request.
06Service limits and results
Content schedules, integrations, generation, and analytics depend on working connections, available providers, permitted access, and sufficient account entitlement. Delays, failures, or interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular number of visitors, rankings, indexing, citations in AI answers, revenue, or the acceptance of content by a third-party platform.
Audits and AI visibility reports describe the pages, data, or sampled answers actually checked. They are not a complete assessment of every search engine or AI system and are not professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
07Pausing or ending use
You can stop using the service and disable your publishing schedule or connections. To close an account or request deletion, contact admin@eclesiar.com. Keep any content you need before closing your account, and remove externally published material at its destination if you no longer want it available.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, failure to meet account requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve it. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
08Responsibility and applicable law
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Portuguese law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights that apply to you in your country of residence. These terms do not require a consumer to give up a right to bring a claim in a court available under mandatory law.
Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not limit your right to contact a competent authority or seek a legal remedy.
09Updates to these terms
The date at the top identifies this version. We may update the terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. New payment obligations require an explicit purchase; changing these terms does not turn your free trial into a paid subscription.
